(hereinafter referred to as "Lianhua supermarket"). Bailian Group shall subscribe for no more than 360 million new domestic shares of Lianhua supermarket at RMB1.00 per new domestic share in cash. After the completion of the issuance of new domestic shares by Lianhua supermarket, the proportion of shares directly held by Lianhua supermarket will be reduced from 20.03% to 15.15%.
